Charles Edward Sheets, 71, New Port Richey, passed away peacefully at Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point Oct. 22, 2015. Born in Harrisburg, PA January 22, 1944, son of Earl D. and Edith Palmer Click, and his father, Lester Click.
