Rosemary Fay Bell, 90 of Ripley, passed away Sunday, November 1, 2015 at Charleston General Hospital following a short illness.She was born August 17, 1925 at Olcott, WV, a daughter of the late French Lemuel and Rhoda Holstein DeBord.
