Delores LaRuth "Dee" Fox, 73, of Evans, WV, passed away November 4, 2015, at CAMC Memorial Division following an extended illness.She was born March 11, 1942, in Clovis, NM, the daughter of the late Burton Oliver and Dorothy Zula (Terrell) Ward.
