William "Bill" M. Westfall, 91, of Ripley passed away suddenly on November 13, 2015 at Charleston Memorial Hospital.He was born May 17, 1924 in Roane County, a son of the late Hurby and Naomie Rhodes Westfall. Bill was a World War II Veteran, who served in the US Navy in the Philippines. He worked as a School Bus Driver and retired from State Construction.
