Helen Marie Hinzman, 67 of Ripley passed away Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at Camden Clark Memorial Hospital, Parkersburg following a long illness.She was born January 30, 1948 at Buckhannon, WV, a daughter of the late Walter and Mary Routh Linger.
