Phillip S. Milam, 75, of Kenna passed away January 20, 2016 at Charleston Memorial Hospital.Funeral Service will be at Noon on Monday, January 25, 2016 at the Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley . Burial will be in the Thomas-Milam Cemetery, Kenna. Friends may call from 11 am to the time of service on Monday at the funeral home.
