Delmar E. Eagle, 76, of Leroy passed away Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at his home following a long illness.He was born July 27, 1939 in Roane County, a son of the late O.V. and Esther Conant Eagle. He served in the U.S. Army Reserves and retired from Constellium Rolled Products, formerly Kaiser Aluminum.
