Garland Ikey Smith, 78 Ravenswood, WV,  beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend, passed away on January 19, 2014 at home. He was born March 8, 1935, Kanawha County, WV, the son of Ward Ervin Smith, and Zella Faye Stark Smith. He was a Brick Mason, Century Aluminum in Ravenswood.
