Bruce Lincoln Williams, 83, of Watseka, IL passed away on Friday, February 7, 2014 at his home with family by his side. Bruce was born February 12, 1930 in Sidneyville (Ripley) WV, the son of Harry E. Williams and Nora (Hickman) Williams, both preceded him in death along with one brother and two sisters.
