Service will be 7 p.m. Tuesday, February 18, 2014, at Casto Funeral Home Chapel, Evans, WV, with Pastor Ralph Short officiating. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until time of service at the funeral home. Committal service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, at the Bethel Cemetery, Leon, WV.
