Buhl "Pete" Moore, 77 of Millwood, WV passed away March 5, 2014 at Jackson General Hospital, Ripley, WV. He was born September 21, 1936, Clay County, WV, the son of Cecil Moore and Maysel Gray Moore. His occupation, Environmental Services.
