Janet Lou Starcher Casto 78 of Ripley passed away March 15, 2014 at her home following a long illness.
She was born June 4, 1935 at Jackson County, a daughter of the late Darrell and Addie Painter Starcher. She was a Baptist by Faith and was a Care giver to many folks who needed help. Janet loved her family and loved to crochet. She always loved when people stopped to visit and being outdoors.
