Elmer Howard "Curly" Stephenson, 69, of Mansfield, OH, passed away, July 4, 2014, at Med Central Hospital, Mansfield, following a brief illness.He was born January 20, 1945, in Olive Hill, KY, a son of the late Wayne and Avonell (Stamper) Stephenson.
