Phillip E. Casto 74 of Sandyville has gone to be with the Lord. He passed away July 15, 2014 at O’Bleness Memorial Hospital in Athens, Ohio.Phil was born on March 20, 1940 at Charleston, a son of the late Dr. Wendell and Clara Elizabeth Jordan Casto.
