Pearl Virginia Winemiller, 87, of Ripley, WV, passed away July 27, 2014, in Camden Clark Medical Center, Parkersburg.She was born March 31, 1927, in Evans, WV, a daughter of the late Charles A. and Lona (Williams) Long.
