Kathy Lynn Jeffries, 46, of Parkersburg and Ripley, passed away Monday, August 4, 2014 at the Cleveland Clinic following an extended illness.Kathy was born December 4, 1967 at Ripley. Her grandparents, the late Donzel and Margaret Fields Jeffries, adopted her at birth and raised her as their daughter. She attended Jackson County Schools and was a lifelong homemaker.
