Ernest Lee Ramsey, 64, of Pomeroy, OH passed away at his residence on August 17, 2014.He was born on July 28, 1950 at Ripley a son of Curt Ramsey and Mildred Friend Ramsey Blevins.He was a hard working Logger and served proudly in the Vietnam War while serving in the US Army.
