Norman Clinton Bays, 95, of Ravenswood, WV, passed away October 5, 2014, in Camden Clark Medical Center, Parkersburg.He was born July 26, 1919, in Burnside, WV, a son of the late, Sherman Henry and Lura (Guthrie) Bays.
