Ralph (Willie) Williams, 85, of Ravenswood, passed away on Monday, October 13, 2014.He was born in Gilmer, West Virginia on January 9, 1929, to the late Mildred Matheny Williams and Ralph Williams.He served as an aviator for 20 distinguished years in the Navy and Air Force.
