Charles Herman Smith, 83, of Sandyville, W.V., surrounded by his daughters at his home, peacefully went to be with his Heavenly Father on Sunday morning, October 19, 2014. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 24, 2014, at 2:00 p.m. at Meadowdale Cemetery, Sandyville, W.V., with a 45 minute viewing period prior to service.
