Mrs. Daphne Taylor Turner, 84, of Ripley, died peacefully at her home Tuesday, October 21, 2014 with her loving family at her side, after a long illness. The only daughter of Ethel Anna Taylor of Clay, W.V. she was a strong Christian who read her Bible every day as long as she was able.
