Robert Leon Tolley 83 of Elizabeth, WV, formerly of Canton, Ohio and Gay, WV went to be with the Lord on October 29, 2014 at his home surrounded by his family.He was born May 5, 2014 at Gay, WV a son of the late Auvil Clinton and Radie Marie Ice Tolley. He retired from Republic Steel with 35 years of service and was a very skilled Cabinet Maker. He was a Christian and attended the Morristown Community Church. [...]
