Eleanor "Two Pound" Ruth Stanley Smith Boggs, 87, a long time resident of Jackson County, passed away November 8th, 2014, of a short illness while in Buford, Georgia. Two Pound retired after working for the City of Ravenswood for 25 years in the City Clerk’s Office.
