Edgar Leon Tolley, 82 of Ripley passed away December 2, 2014 at Eldercare of Ripley following a long illness.Funeral Service will be 2 pm Thursday, December 4, 2014 at the Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley with Pastor Herman Robinson officiating.
