Herman E. "Blink" Cavender, 88 of Sandyville passed away December 18, 2014 at his home following a long illness.He was born January 21, 1926 at Gay, WV. and was a US Army Veteran of World War II. He retired from the Operating Engineers Local 132, and attended the Sandyville United Methodist Church.
