Randall Lee "Randy" Lathey, 61, of Ripley, WV, passed away December 19, 2014, in the Hubbard Hospice House, Charleston, WV.He was born December 5, 1953, in Ravenswood, WV, a son of Troy G. Lathey of Ripley, and the late Irene Margaret (Bogard) Lathey.
