Harold Eugene Parsons, 83, of Evans, WV, passed away February 9, 2015, at Arbors of Gallipolis, OH, following an extended illness.He was born June 19, 1931, in Point Pleasant, a son of the late Perry and Lora (Howell) Parsons.
