Helene Yvonne Dodd, 62, of Pennsboro, WV, departed this life unexpectedly on Monday, February 23, 2015, at her residence.Helene was born December 2, 1952, in Parkersburg, WV, a daughter of the late Charles Brady and Oma (Boyce) DeBrular. For the last nine years, Helene served as a booking clerk at the North Central Regional Jail in Doddridge County. She was a proud graduate of Doddridge County High School with the class of 1971.
