Rosemary Daniel was born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania. When she was two years old the family moved to Parkersburg, West Virginia where she lived all her childhood life. She was in the first graduating class at Parkersburg Catholic High School in 1955 where she was an excellent student and also head cheerleader.
