Sarah Lou Daugherty, 74, of Harrisville, W.Va., departed this life on Wednesday, March 18, 2015, at Eagle Pointe Nursing Home in Parkersburg.Sarah was born Oct. 11, 1940, in Ritchie County, W.Va.
