Ruth Ann Tackett Smith, 75, of Ravenswood, WV, passed away on April 6, 2015, at Hubbard Hospice House in Charleston, WV, after a long and courageous battle with cancer.She was born on November 3, 1939, in Ashford, WV, in Boone County, daughter of the late Clifford C.
