Daniel Nuzum, 56, of Logan, Ohio, formerly of Ravenswood, West Virginia, passed away April 24, 2015 at Select Specialty Hospital, Columbus, Ohio.Daniel was born October 27 1959 in Parkersburg, West Virginia to Lloyd and Velma Nuzum.
