Kenneth Ray Turley, 83, of Given passed away at his home on May 14, 2015 after a long battle with cancer.He was born October 2, 1931 in Dunbar to the late Ray and Ruth Roush Turley. He served in the United States Navy from 1951 to 1955. He retired from Smith Transfer with 39 years of service and with the State of West Virginia Attorney General Office as an investigator for five years.
