Toni Lynn Carney 62 of Ripley passed away May 27, 2015 at St. Marys Hospital, Huntington following a long illness.She was born November 28, 1952 at Charleston, a daughter of Lona Mae Fisher Carney of Ripley and the late James Delmer Carney.
