John Clifton Lockhart, 81, of Sandyville W.V. was called home to be with the Lord, Tuesday, August 4, 2015, at Marietta Memorial Hospital while surrounded by his loved ones, following an extended illness.He was born April 30, 1934, in Windy, Wirt County, WV, a son of the late Noel Hubert and Ida Mae (Brotton) Lockhart.
