Betty Louise Matics, 83, of Spencer, WV, passed away August 14, 2015, in the Roane General Hospital Skilled Nursing Unit following an extended illness.She was born December 4, 1931, in Spencer, a daughter of the late Coy Brown and Goldie Mae (Wyatt) Casto.
