Ila Rose Ross Belan, age 90 years, a resident of Norton, WV departed this life Wednesday morning, August 5, 2015 at Valentines Personal Care Home at Elkins, WV with her family at her side along with Hospice Care.She was born Friday, December 5, 1924 at Norton, WV a daughter of the late Ernest David and Nettie Florence Herron Ross.
