Jeffrey Lynn Shira, age 60 of Athens, Ohio died July 27, 2015 at his home. Born Oct. 19, 1954 in Zanesville, he was the son of the late William E. & Beatrice Kanaris Shira.He was a graduate of Ohio University and had been employed at Ohio University as a Computer Information Technician.
