Shirley Jean Chancey, 66, of Ripley passed away August 25, 2015 at Jackson General Hospital following a long illness.She was born May 10, 1949 in Pineville, WV a daughter of Ray Shumate of Oceana and the late Pansy Adkins Shumate.
