Jackie "Jack" Keith Smith, 70, passed away at the Hospice and Community Care in Rock Hill, SC, on September 19, 2015. He was born in Kenna, West Virginia, a son of the late Martin and Ora Smith, on January 2, 1945. He was a graduate of Ripley High School. He has lived in the Charlotte and Fort Mill area for 24 years. He was a member of the Calvary Church- Charlotte, NC, supported the Wounded Warrior Project.
